1. Acceptance

By using Mojo Maths, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or teacher must agree on your behalf.

2. Service Description

Mojo Maths is an educational mathematics platform for students in Kindergarten through Year 6, aligned to the Australian Curriculum.

3. Accounts

Students may create profiles with a display name
Schools can register and manage student profiles
Teachers can access the Teacher Dashboard with a school-issued code
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use offensive or inappropriate display names
Attempt to access other users' data
Use the platform for any non-educational purpose
Reverse-engineer or copy the platform

5. School Licences

School licences are per-school, per-year
Licences cover all students and teachers at the registered school
Schools may not share licences between schools

6. Intellectual Property

All content, games, and code are the property of Mojo Maths. The Australian Curriculum references are used under fair dealing for educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mojo Maths is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform is error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data stored in browser localStorage.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
